Issue 51: Versatile Two-Light Setup

Taking his inspiration from popular films and cosplay characters, Antti Karppinen shows us his simple approach on using a versatile two-light setup to produce cinematic portraits. 

Being the cover story of Issue 51, he uses a combination of an orange color gel and balance trick to capture the glowing colors of warm and cold tones. This month’s issue covers a wide range of photographic techniques from posing young women to exude their sensuality, the basics of skateboarding, to the crop versus full-frame argument.
